CSM MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TEAM MOVES UP IN NATIONAL RANKINGS

GOLDEN, Colo. - The Colorado School of Mines men's cross country team has moved up in the national rankings from seventh to sixth, as announced Wednesday by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Mines' is ranked sixth behind Abilene Christian, Adams State, Western State, Grand Valley State and Chico State. Rounding out the rest of the top 10 were CSM, Stonehill, Slippery Rock, Minnesota State Mankato and Southern Indiana.

The Orediggers will return to action on October 6 at the Tiger Invitational in Hays, Kan.
