CSM Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams
Earn Academic All-American Awards

GOLDEN, Colo. - The Colorado School of Mines men's and women's swimming and diving teams have earned Academic All-American Team awards for the spring semester in 2007, as announced by the College Swimming Coaches Association (CSCA).

This is the eighth straight semester the women's team has earned this award and it is the men's fourth time earning the award since the 01-02 season. The women had a cumulative GPA of 3.167 and the men's was 2.911. In addition, Kevin Shaw also earned individual Honorable Mention Academic All-American for having a GPA of 3.5 and an NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time last season. Shaw is the third Oredigger to earn such honors since 01-02.
