2007-08: Lettered on the CSM swimming & diving team...Won the 200 Breaststroke against Metro State on Jan. 12th...Member of CSM's third-place 300 Breaststroke relay team at the DU Relays.

2006-07: Lettered at Mines...Finished sixth in the 200 Breaststroke (2:14.15) and 13th in the 100 Breaststroke (1:02.72) at the NCC Championships...Named to the NCC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.

2005-06: Lettered at CSM...Finished seventh in the 200 Breaststroke (2:14.97) at the NCC Championships...Named CSM Rookie of the Year...Registered season-best times of 1:00.84 in the 100 Breaststroke and 2:14.97 in the 200 Breaststroke (both were the top times for the Orediggers).

High School: A 2005 graduate of Lakewood High School.
