2007-08: Lettered on the CSM swimming & diving team...A member of CSM's first-place 400 IM relay team at the Rocky Mountain Invitational...Won the 100 Breaststroke against Metro State on Jan. 12th.

2006-07: Finished seventh (2:29.79) in the 200 Breaststroke at the NCC Championships...A member of CSM's school-record 400 Medley Relay team (4:08.45)...Listed on the Honor Roll both semesters...Named to the NCC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.

2005-06: Posted season-best times of 1:07.03 in the 100 Butterfly & 2:37.65 in the 200 Butterfly...Was CSM's Female Rookie of the Year...Placed eighth in the 200 Breaststroke (2:29.40) at the NCC Championships...An Academic All-NCC performer... Qualified for the Dean's List in the fall of 2005...Listed on the Honor Roll in the spring of 2006.

High School: Earned three letters in swimming...A three-time State champion...Team captain (2004-05)...Named Female Athlete of the Year in 2004-05...Four-year District finalist... Qualified for the State championships all four years...A Region finalist in 2005...Earned the Newton Award in 2004 and 2005...Graduated magna cum laude...Received Outstanding Internship recognition.
