2007-08: Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 400m dash and the 4x400m relay at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Earned First Team All-RMAC laurels in the 400m dash and the 4x400m relay at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Garnered recognition on the Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll during the indoor season...A Second Team Academic All-RMAC performer in the classroom during the outdoor season.

2006-07: Had a season best of 49.91 in the 400 meters, fastest on the team...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2007 indoor track & field season.

2005-06: Earned All-American honors for his part in the men's distance medley relay team at Indoor Nationals that finished fourth.

High School: Competed in track and soccer at ThunderRidge High School...4x800 relay team finished second in state senior year...holds school record in the 400 meters.
