High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field and cross country...Team captain in both sports his final two seasosn...Named Team MVP in track & field his sophomore year...Recipient of the Most Improved award in cross country his sophomore season...Guided his cross country team to State titles in 2004 and 2006...Member of the State championship 4x800m relay team in 2006 and 2007...Played two seasons on the basketball team...Member of the National Honor Society.
